The TASC Client Information Portal allows authorized TASC clients in the state of Illinois to view information about their current and past involvement with the agency, including case manager contact information, appointment information, and more.

If you are currently or have previously been a TASC client in Illinois, you may access the TASC Client Information Portal by clicking SIGN UP and completing the online form. Your registration will be confirmed by email and a temporary password assigned within two business days. If you participated in TASC prior to 2018, please contact legal@TASC.org
