The TASC Provider Portal allows treatment partners and TASC staff to electronically communicate information related to TASC client referrals made for provider partner services and client treatment outcomes. Treatment partner staff receive notifications with links to referrals from TASC clinical staff initiated in the TASC Electronic Client Record (ECR) system. Further, the Provider Portal allows exchange of data regarding the outcome of these referrals, such as client intakes and/or appointment no-shows. If clients are admitted to treatment, provider staff are able to enter progress updates and discharge outcomes through the portal and directly communicate this information through the Electronic Client Record to TASC case managers, care coordinators, and supervisors.
